Data requests from users

Users in moodle have a choice of things they can do with their personal data stored on the site:

Contact the privacy officer - this possibility is enabled in my site but isn't there by default.

Ask for an export of all their personal data. This is something the privacy officer can do directly for the user, without help from admin.

From admin's point of view:

Automatic data deletion request - data deletion can be done by the administrator (not the privacy officer), when a user is deleted (for example in the "browse users" view), their data will stay in the data-base. However, this step automatically creates a request for complete deletion of the deleted users' data. The administrator goes to "data requests" in the admin section and APPROVES the deletion.
